We welcome you to our Half Moon Bay Conference Facility

Site: One conference/event per day in our spacious meeting room.

Time: Meeting room is available from 8: 00am-5: 00 pm.

Overtime: A $150.00 fee will be charged for overtime past 5:30.

Group size: 5 – 22 people There is a minimum of 5 persons to use meeting space.

Rates:

  • 5 – 8 people $800 fixed rate-Includes – Unlimited beverage, snack and all conference materials.
  • 9 – 22 people $90.00 per person – Unlimited beverage, snack and all conference materials.

Included in above Conference Rates:

  • Set-Up: Customized to include u-shape, chevron, class room and banquet rounds.
  • Wi-Fi: Free broadband Wi-Fi available throughout the inn.
  • Beverages: Unlimited beverage service: premium brewed coffee, assorted teas, bottled waters & assorted soft drinks.
  • Afternoon snacks: Fresh whole fruit, homemade cookies, nuts and crackers.
  • Event Materials: Tables and chairs, flip chart and paper, pens, white board and projection screen, copier, and phone.
  • Breakout Areas: Several break areas for discussion groups & team building exercises in gardens and common rooms.
  • Staff Support: Two dedicated staff to facilitate event and set up crew throughout event.
  • Parking: Ample and free on street parking around the inn.
  • All above rates are subject to 9.5% sales tax and 20% service charge.

Additional Conference Services will be added to your bill: Rental of additional audiovisual and/or other equipment cost not included in conference rate will be added to your bill:

  • Full meal service is available from Mill Rose Inn for breakfast, lunch and end of day wine and cheese in gardens or indoors.
  • Light breakfast is $25 per person: Hot beverages, orange and cranberry juices, assorted baked breads, pastries, yogurt, granola, and fruit.
  • Light lunch is $35 per person: Custom built sandwiches, or freshly baked pizzas (Margarita and Peperoni), fresh salad, dessert and fruit.
  • Full breakfast is $35 per person: Spinach artichoke sausage frittata (& meatless version) with salsa, orange-banana frappe, sliced fruit, pastry platter and coffee.
  • Full lunch is $45 per person: Marinated roast chicken, salad with fresh baby greens, avocado, asparagus, and Balsamic dressing with fresh Margarita and Pepperoni pizza slices, iced drinks and coffee, ice cream & berries.
  • Meals served buffet style indoors and alfresco in garden outdoor seating, weather permitting.
  • End of day wine and cheese hour is $35 per person pairs 2 wines, cheeses with sliced and whole fruit, crackers, marinated vegetables and small bites.
  • Go off our site for lunch Walk to nearby downtown restaurants.
  • All above rates are subject to 9.5% sales tax and 20% service charge.

Overnight lodging: in Six Rooms, (two are suites) all with private bath and entrance. $230 – $380 per room for lodging and add 12% bed tax. Additional lodging a few doors away.

You can explore the tide pools, play a round of golf at one of two nearby championship courses, enjoy a relaxing massage on-site or just relax and pursue your business objectives with others to learn, work, play and grow!
